Teams shouldn’t maintain separate skill folders per agent. Floom is a single source of truth: update once, pull everywhere across your team’s agents.

Agents are at a phase now where they have the intelligence to complete complex work but lack the infrastructure to succeed in a team. Many startups are tackling this space right now, and I really enjoyed building a small piece of infrastructure for agents with Fede.
